Community Care has expanded its long-term care services in Milwaukee’s Central City with the opening of its Adult Day Health Center and clinics at 3220 W. Vliet. It provides a wide variety of services that help frail, older adults and adults with disabilities continue to reside in their own homes and communities.

Community Care purchased the 95,000-square-foot facility from Industries for the Blind and has significantly remodeled it into a spacious center with a variety of health care clinics.

A separate Adult Day Health Center in the same building provides care to people with dementia.

In addition, the building provides office space for Community Care support departments, as well as a Data Technology Center.

An added feature is an employee fitness center with locker rooms and showers.
