Summary: Responsible for providing transportation services to Community Care Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and/or Partnership Program participants according to assigned routes/appointment schedules and utilizing Community Care vehicles. May provide delivery services as needed.

Qualifications:This position requires a valid WI driver’s license and a good driving record as well as the ability to obtain a City of Milwaukee Public Passengers License (PPL).  The ability to routinely push/pull/lift individuals in wheelchairs weighing up to 200 pounds to and from their homes which routinely involves lifting up stairs (5 to 7 steps) is also required.  A minimum total of one year of personal, volunteer or employment experience providing care or services for a frail or elderly population required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
