Provides the first line of support for the agency wide information systems. Ensures that calls for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately. Installs and configures computer hardware, software, telephone systems and other associated peripherals. Assists in the troubleshooting of network systems.
Associate’s degree in Computer Information/Network Systems, or three to five years experience in an Information systems support role required, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
At least one year experience in an Information Systems support role preferred.
